Synopsis

Candace meticulously planned a special birthday celebration for her mother, complete with a song. Yet, as always, Phineas and Ferb seemed determined to subtly undermine her efforts, their innocent schemes invariably eclipsing her carefully laid arrangements. Separately, Doofenshmirtz was perfecting a shrinking machine designed to cause anything he disliked to implode.
