Synopsis

When their initial plans for a circus fell through, the boys conceived a new one for the neighborhood. Meanwhile, Jeremy gifted Candace with wild parsnips, unaware of her severe allergy. In an effort to deepen his voice, Doofenshmirtz devised a contraption designed to raise the pitch of others, thereby making his own sound more resonant.
