Synopsis

With the prospect of painting the Hotel, Uncle Joe conceived the notion of launching himself as a general contractor. Discovering that the affluent Douglases were seeking someone to renovate their "Green Acres" farmhouse, he managed to secure a contract with Mrs. Douglas.
