Synopsis

Oliver Wendell Douglas and his wife, Lisa, were overnight guests at the hotel. They were preparing to move into the neglected Haney farm, which they had recently acquired. When Joe learned that Oliver was a lawyer, he immediately sought his advice on avoiding jury duty. Inadvertently, Oliver offered a suggestion that sparked an idea in Joe’s mind, and soon Joe persuaded Kate to serve in his stead. Later, Joe discovered he'd won a television set in a raffle, but the deadline for claiming it was n
