Synopsis

Distrustful of Joe, Janet considers Ulrich her means of escape. Morse and Blackam begin to feel at ease with him, charmed by his agreeable nature and willingness to assist, but soon discover the darkness beneath his pleasant facade. Elsewhere, Kat and Renbe have returned to San Francisco only to find that their lives in America have been irrevocably altered by "The Program."
