Synopsis

Amidst the prejudice leveled by both fellow prisoners and the legal system, Perry persists in his pursuit of justice. Meanwhile, Della enlists the assistance of the affluent socialite Camilla Nygaard. Elsewhere, Paul follows up on promising clues within the Hooverville, and Perry finds himself in direct conflict with the powerful industrialist Lydell McCutcheon.
