Synopsis

Claire Armstrong, the celebrated confectioner, is facing a difficult period. Her boyfriend, Mark Chester, has absconded with her signature candy formula to settle debts incurred through gambling. Adding to her woes, Harry Arnold is holding her captive with blackmail. And then there's Wanda, her cousin, whose ambition burns with a desire to see Claire brought down – a murder orchestrated by Arnold would pave the way for Wanda to seize control of the family business.
