Synopsis

Dr. Stacey Fielding traveled to Salt Lake City on business. When his plane crashed, traces of Veronal poisoning were discovered in the wreckage. Miriam Fielding was arrested; the last thing her husband had consumed was whiskey she had offered him. However, subsequent investigation revealed that Al Dolby, the plane mechanic, was the sole fatality of the crash. Yet, Dr. Fielding remained missing, and the question lingered: who had administered the poison?
