Synopsis

Carla Chaney was discovered at the scene of her ex-boyfriend’s murder, appearing undeniably implicated. With three other attorneys having withdrawn from the case, Perry accepted to represent her without charge. Carla's sole chance rested on the testimony of a woman she asserted was also present, a woman who, according to Carla, possessed a chillingly sinister laugh.
