Synopsis

A visitor, Dorrie Ambler, sought out Perry, requesting he confirm her identity. Private investigator Phil Arthur had been compensating her to frequent specific locations throughout the city, and Dorrie suspected it stemmed from a striking resemblance she shared with the eccentric heiress, Minerva Minden. Through some investigation, Perry discovered that Minerva might have been implicated in a hit-and-run, and it seemed Dorrie was being employed to substantiate the claim.
