Synopsis

Perry’s acquaintance, lawyer Ward Toyama, finds himself embroiled in a dangerous world of illegal arms trafficking and murder aboard a vessel at sea. The entanglement begins when Toyama is approached by a man posing as an intelligence agent. Suddenly, Toyama is accused of murder, and it falls to Perry to unravel the truth and restore his friend's reputation.
