Synopsis

Three teenagers cruised Hollywood Boulevard, seeking excitement. Their search for thrills led them to a liquor store, where a series of blackmail schemes and intricate plots unfolded. A web of deceit tightened around young Timmy Balfour, whose situation rapidly deteriorated when he was accused of murder. He soon realized that the delinquency he witnessed among his elders was mirrored by their own actions.
