Synopsis

On Halloween night, Phil Schuyler, a struggling songwriter, met a gruesome fate. While he bathed, an intruder entered his bungalow and plunged an electric heater into the water, transforming him into a charred and grotesque figure. An eyewitness reported seeing Damian White, husband of a celebrated musical comedy performer, entering the property around the time of the incident. Yet, the question lingered: what of the children who came seeking sweets?
