Synopsis

Ward Nichols, a health club instructor, harbors a desire to marry Bernard Daniels’ daughter, a prospect complicated by his own troubled life. His estranged wife, Veronica, is demanding money and making a claim of pregnancy, adding to his difficulties. The situation spirals out of control when Bernard is discovered fatally injured beneath a dumbbell at the club. As is often the case, Perry arrives to unravel the truth behind the tragedy.
