Synopsis

The episode unfolds in a quiet California town, temporarily transformed by a festival decree mandating beards for all men. Paul Drake arrives there on a case: to track down embezzled funds concealed by a former bank president. His investigation leads him to the money, but also to a grim discovery – a dead body. Perry Mason then arrives to restore order and unravel the truth.
