Synopsis

Advertising executive Charles Goff had made a deal with comedian Danny Ross: a pitch for a new show in exchange for an introduction to the president of a major advertiser. Danny fulfilled his end of the bargain, only to discover from Goff’s secretary that the deal had been secured without any mention of him. The following morning, Charles Goff was found dead in his office, and Danny’s friend, Freddie Green, became the prime suspect.
