Synopsis

Carla Adrian finds herself increasingly besieged by the unwanted affections of her neighbor, Mark Cushing. The situation escalates when a shot rings out, followed by a woman's scream, heard by another resident. Shortly thereafter, Belle Adrian, Carla's mother, is seen in Cushing's cabin. The police quickly discover Cushing’s body, and Mrs. Adrian is subsequently arrested.
