Synopsis

Perry and Della were aboard a cruise ship, journeying back to Los Angeles after a visit to Vancouver. They encountered Carl Houser, a new acquaintance flush with wealth, along with his wife and daughter. It was Houser’s wife, Anna, who sought out Perry's assistance, harboring a suspicion that something was amiss with her husband and the narrative he presented. Tragically, Houser later fell overboard, and Anna found herself under suspicion of his murder.
