Synopsis

When Dimitri disappeared and was taken captive, Balki found himself utterly unable to depict the event in his newspaper cartoon. Frustrated by this creative paralysis, Larry and Balki decided to take matters into their own hands, embarking on a search for the kidnapper within the labyrinthine basement of the Chronicle building.
