Synopsis

Larry proposed a publicity stunt to Mr. Wainwright: a Chronicle employee should remain atop a billboard until the Bulls broke their losing streak. Mr. Wainwright found the suggestion appealing and tasked Larry with finding a volunteer. Deceiving Balki into accepting, Larry then intended to facilitate his departure; however, when Balki requested assistance, Larry deliberately kicked away the ladder, leaving them both stranded high above the city until the Bulls finally secured a victory.
