Balki took on the task of babysitting his new neighbor’s daughter, Tess, and with characteristic abandon, allowed her complete freedom. The result was a whirlwind of chaos that swept through the apartment, severely disrupting Larry's attempts to craft what he hoped would be a groundbreaking front-page story exposing corruption within the city council. Furthermore, Tess's antics extended beyond their home, causing considerable disturbance amongst the staff at the Chronicle.
