Synopsis

Larry’s accomplished brother, Billy (played by Ted McGinley), arrives for a visit, which only serves to irritate Larry, who finds himself resenting Billy's boasts of professional achievement. In an attempt to alleviate his discomfort, Larry manipulates Balki into fabricating stories that portray Larry as equally successful, intending to deceive Billy and level the playing field.
