Synopsis

Larry seethed with anger at Balki, blaming him for causing a significant delay that made him late for work, and refused to acknowledge his presence. In response, Balki impulsively handcuffed them together; however, in a disastrous turn of events, he misplaced the key precisely during Larry’s crucial luncheon meeting with Mr. Burns and the publisher, R.T. Wainwright.
