Synopsis

Mr. Twinkacetti’s neglect of his duties as landlord had become unbearable, so Larry, Balki, and all the other tenants gathered together to declare a rent strike. Despite Mr. Twinkacetti's retaliatory measures – cutting off electricity, water, and heat – the tenants remained steadfast in their resolve, much to his misfortune, as he desperately needed the rental income to settle a substantial gambling debt.
