Synopsis

As Pierce and Moretti desperately pursue leads, a serial killer thought long dormant—one who terrorized the city back in 1986—reemerges. Their investigation takes a promising turn when they discover that one of the victims isn’t actually dead. Moretti seeks counsel from her father, who was himself an investigator on the original case. Pamela Reed appears as the mother of the surviving victim, and Armin Shimerman portrays the woman's psychologist.
