Synopsis

A melancholy Merpup, burdened by unhappiness, attempts to raise the underwater city of Puplantis to the surface. The PAW Patrol, along with Coral – a new recruit and Skye’s long-lost cousin from the merpup community – must intervene to safeguard the city and halt his actions.
