Synopsis

Claw and the Duke of Flappington, employing a magic cauldron, intended to lull the citizens of Barkingburg into slumber. However, their scheme unravels when the enchanted fog unexpectedly affects Sparks, and it falls to Rubble and the Rescue Knights to rouse not only the townspeople but also the Dragon from its enchanted sleep.
