Synopsis

Ryder and the pups embarked on a mission to rescue Cap’n Turbot, Mr. Porter, Alex, Katie, Cali, Little Hootie, and Mayor Humdinger from the alien boy’s shimmering space bubbles. Their goal was to ensure everyone could arrive at Mayor Goodway's glow-in-the-dark celebration.
