Synopsis

Mayor Goodway believes she can reform the Ruff-Ruff pack’s mischievous behavior by adopting the persona of a hardened biker and joining their ranks. However, when Gasket subjects the Mayor to a series of rigorous trials, the Moto Pups must step in to save her.
