Synopsis

Sid Swashbuckle and his canine companion, Arrby, pilfer the vehicles of all the pups – except for Chase’s – in a bid to seize the Key to the City. This key grants access to every door in Adventure Bay. With Chase’s vehicle still secure, the other pups unite in an all-out police rescue mission to retrieve what was taken.
