Synopsis

Mayor Humdinger, in a desperate bid for victory at the Most Amazing Athlete contest, devises a pair of robotic trousers designed for trickery. However, the contraption malfunctions spectacularly, sending the mayor careening out of control. It falls to the pups to intervene and ensure the runaway mayor's safe return.
