Synopsis

Adventure Bay has been selected as a finalist in the Tidiest Town Contest, and victory seems within reach. However, that prospect is threatened when Mayor Humdinger unleashes his Kitten Catastrophe Crew, and the mischievous kittens proceed to wreak havoc throughout the town.
