Synopsis

A peculiar dream befalls Mayor Humdinger: he discovers a prism capable of conjuring rainbows, but with a curious side effect – it leaches the color from Adventure Bay. The fate of the town rests with the courageous pups, who must find a way to reverse the prismatic spell and restore vibrancy to their home.
