Leslie and Ben orchestrated a black-tie gala, hoping to generate funds for their beloved park. However, their carefully laid plans were disrupted by an unexpected city-wide emergency response drill. Separately, Andy prepared for his Police Academy exam, while Ron stepped in to fill the gap for Leslie on *Pawnee Today*.
