Synopsis

Leslie orchestrated the Pawnee Winter Wonderland Festival, but found herself needing to evade the press after an unexpected meeting with a disgraced Councilman thrust her into the heart of a public scandal. Simultaneously, Ron volunteered to cover for Leslie, and quickly discovered the full extent of her demanding workload.
