Synopsis

As the third season premiered, Mr. Cyr offered support to Amber as she approached her fortieth birthday. Meanwhile, Amber sought greater independence, while Adam wrestled with the responsibility of providing for his family, contemplating a business venture with Crosby. The adoption process proved frustrating for Julia, and a secret was shared between Alex and Julia.
