Synopsis

Hirama orchestrated a meeting between Shinichi and Uragami, a convict possessing an unusual talent, despite Shinichi’s exoneration in the parasite cases. Though ostensibly free to resume his studies, Hirama soon reappeared. A government initiative, involving Hirokawa, aimed to eradicate the parasites was imminent.
