Parayste:The Grey is derived from the Japanese Manga Parasyte. As with many Korean television shows, this one is made with skill. It combines elements of science fiction, horror, and action with well-developed characters. Because of this, the adaptation possesses a level of detail and believability that isn’t always present in series like it. It references Invasion of the Body Snatchers, which seems to be the most apparent connection for comparison. The visual effects are effective and contribute to the feeling of an everyday world confronting something familiar yet foreign. Overall, it's a good choice if you enjoy science fiction, action horror series.
