Synopsis

A pall of darkness has fallen over Tokyo, the city consumed by a monstrous form born from Lil' Slugger’s destructive rampage. Within the animated realm, Maniwa communicates with the police chief via a screen, relaying crucial information. Ikari, witnessing this, shatters the display and is immediately celebrated as a savior.
