In June of 2023, Valdo Calocane fatally stabbed Barnaby Webber, Grace O'Malley-Kumar, and Ian Coates. Reporter Navtej Johal examines Calocane’s history of mental illness, the support he received in the three years leading up to the Nottingham attacks, and considers what could have been done differently. In a debut interview with BBC Panorama, members of the Calocane family speak openly about the lost chances in his care.
