Synopsis

Operose Health, an American-owned company, delivers GP services to the National Health Service, operating seventy surgeries spanning from Leeds to London and serving over half a million registered patients. Reporter Jacqui Wakefield uncovers a growing shortage of doctors, instances of less experienced medical personnel practicing with insufficient oversight, and a significant accumulation of pending patient records.
