Synopsis

For the past year, Panorama has documented the efforts of Kent police to dismantle the ‘county lines’ networks that funnel millions of pounds worth of drugs from London to towns throughout the county. With an estimated thousand such lines operating across the United Kingdom, criminal organizations have increasingly exploited children and vulnerable individuals to carry out the dangerous task of drug distribution. Even during months of lockdown, the illicit trade in Class A drugs has thrived. Pan
