Synopsis

Journalist Richard Bilton employs hidden cameras to reveal the opulent lifestyles of those defrauding welfare systems – individuals who enjoy yachts and Bentleys while collecting public funds. His investigations also highlight a growing problem: an increasing number of benefit cheats who fabricate identities to perpetuate their schemes.
