Synopsis

Originally broadcast in 1955, the conversation features Malcolm Muggeridge speaking with the Spanish surrealist painter, Salvador Dali. The artist remarks that even a small understanding of his imperfect English will be a gift to the listener. Muggeridge probes Dali on matters ranging from the upkeep of his impressive moustache and the trajectory of his artistic life to his fascination with what he terms 'nuclear mysticism'.
