Synopsis

Dr. Buttocks, a man of wicked intent, has unleashed upon PacWorld an army of radio-controlled creatures—reconstructed from prehistoric ancestors known as Pacasaurs. The fate of the world rests on the shoulders of the Pac Cong, a decidedly old-fashioned force capable of confronting these savage beasts.
