Synopsis

The biting chill of a winter morning in Lutyens' Delhi yielded a grim discovery. Room service staff at Nagaland Sadan found a severed head. The victim was Jonathan Thom, a prominent Naga leader who had traveled to Delhi for the crucial Naga Business Summit. Inspector Ansari of the IPS took charge of the murder investigation.
