The performances were appalling; I’ve never witnessed anything so bad on TV. It was obvious the actor was simply reciting lines from cards positioned just beyond the frame, and it seemed the show assumed viewers wouldn't notice. This is a consequence of rewarding poorly made productions, though STARZ has consistently been underwhelming for quite some time. The series appears designed for people who aren’t particularly discerning 😂
