Synopsis

The mayoral election looms, and Spryman's rival, the unassuming scholar Sylvian Fisher, is employing a clandestine growth formula to orchestrate calamitous bursts of expansion, designed to tarnish the Mayor’s reputation. Ozzy and Drix must thwart this wicked scheme, a task complicated when Fisher himself ingests the formula, transforming into a monstrous being of immense strength.
