Synopsis

As Greg Kelley awaits the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals' final ruling—a body known for its cautious approach—he and his advocates are calling for an inquiry into the Cedar Park Police Department and Detective Dailey, regarding their conduct during the investigation. Simultaneously, the City Council has initiated an independent review of the department.
