Synopsis

Forthaven is struck by a novel virus, designated C24. Berger, ever opportunistic, uses the crisis to his advantage. He attributes the outbreak to the city’s air conditioning systems and, in a calculated move, reveals Fleur’s origins, aiming to erode public trust in President Tate.
